first and foremost i need to thank coco. from ramen to raw.
i could not have made this recipe without her tasty blog. i followed the same steps for the raw cheez. improvised a bit on some of the ingredients. romaine lettuce instead of spinach. had to improvise with what i had in the fridge.
and for the raw no-oil pesto i used a recipe from gone raw.
