raw. noodle-less. lasgna. = life changing
first and foremost i need to thank coco. from ramen to raw. i could not have made this recipe without her tasty blog. i followed the same steps for the raw cheez. improvised a bit on some of the ingredients. romaine lettuce instead of spinach. had to improvise with what i had in the fridge. and for the raw no-oil pesto i used a recipe from gone raw. thank you coco!

back to it.

and i'm back.
man o man have i been busy. no excuses. so. today. today was a great day! i pushed through my tired time. which is daily between 4pm-6pm. instead of taking a nap. i ran! and then i ate a fabulous raw dinner. new challenge. eat raw for 30 days. today is day 2. my plan is to go for the full 30 days. it’s going to be a challenge. especially since the 4th of july is right around the corner....
